Throttle Position Sensor

The Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) responds after the accelerator pedal movement. This sensor is a form concerning potentiometer as transforms the gullet position among the output voltage and emits the voltage sign in conformity with the Engine Control Module (ECM). In addition, the sensor detects the beginning and then ending pace of the throat valve or feeds the voltage signal to the ECM.

The idle role on the throttle valve is determined by means of the ECM taking the sign beyond the gullet function sensor. This sensor controls instrument operations such so fuel cuts. On the vile hand, the Wide open or halted throat function switch, who is made of the throttle position sensor unit, is no longer used for device control.
